REIKI is a Japanese stress reduction/relaxation technique that enhances the body's natural ability to heal. It benefits our whole being (body, mind, emotion, spirit). It is an easy system to learn, available to everyone and probably the most widely known energy healing technique. Reiki is an excellent tool to add to your self-help toolkit, it can spark new avenues of self-empowerment/discovery, and it enhances the quality of many other healing modalities. 

I am a Reiki Master of: Usui, Usui/Tibetan, Karuna and Lightarian Reiki

Usui Reiki I
This is the foundation class in the Reiki system of healing. You will learn: the history of Reiki, how to give treatments to others and yourself, hand positions, a variety of techniques for sending Reiki, receive your first attunement to the Reiki energy, and have the opportunity to practice and discuss your experiences. The course manual: Reiki, The Healing Touch by William Rand, is included. You will receive a certificate at the end of the class.

Usui Reiki II
Reiki II builds on the foundation laid in Reiki I. You will: receive the first three symbols, discuss their meanings and uses, learn how to do distance treatments and how to use Reiki for non-healing purposes, practice using all the symbols in treatments and discuss your experiences. The course manual is the same one you received in Reiki I. You will receive a certificate at the end of the class.

Karuna Reiki Master

Lightarian Reiki I –VI
This form of Reiki was channeled and developed in 1997 by Jeannine Marie Jelm. Over the course of four classes you will become attuned to six higher vibrational bands of Reiki energy. Lightarian Reiki focuses on healing our etheric fields and our bodies as well as raising our personal vibration.
Pre-requisite: You must be a Usui based Reiki Master & have received the Lightarian "Buddhic Boost"(or be a Karuna based Reiki Master)
