I received my first certification in the healing arts in 1990. I graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in 1999. I now have over 25 years' experience in the healing arts. I have training in over a dozen techniques; have personally experienced each of them and many more. My wealth of knowledge allows me to weave together a customized program that supports each client's individual needs and healing process. As a massage and craniosacral therapist my work focuses primarily on the physical body. However, body-mind-emotion-spirit are intricately connected. I am always aware that my touch can reach deeper than the physical level. As a result I offer a variety of techniques that approach healing on different levels.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
I hold certificates in: Craniosacral Therapy; Cupping Therapy & Cupping Facial Rejuvenation Massage; Acutonics Sound Healing; Rebirthing; SomatoEmotional Release; Usui, Karuna & Lightarian Reiki; as well as Bach Flower Remedies.
