Payment Methods

I accept and cash, check, and most credit cards.

*Gift certificates purchased via credit card: In general gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, however, should the situation arise that necessitates a refund the amount refunded will be the original value less all applicable credit card fees.

Policies

Scheduling
To schedule your initial visit please see my Contact & Scheduling page. You may continue to use all the contact methods listed there except on the day of a schedule appointment. If you need to communicate with me on the day of an appointment about that appointment please use either Text or Phone only.

Cancellations
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means: if you give me less than 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, you may be financially responsible for the full fee of that appointment. The reason for cancellation will be taken into consideration. In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived.

No Shows
If you fail to keep a scheduled appointment you will be financially responsible for payment in full for the missed appointment.

Chronic Cancellations/No Shows
I define this as cancelling/no showing as often as, or more often than arriving for appointments within a certain timeframe. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis. I will require credit card information to be kept on file in order to book future appointments and a signed agreement/acknowledgement of the fees that will be charged automatically to the credit card should you cancel/no show for future appointments.

Late Arrivals
Should you arrive late for your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly unless my schedule permits me to "run over" your scheduled end time. You will be responsible for payment in full for the time you reserved.

Minors & those not able to legally consent to treatment for themselves:

A release form signed by a parent/guardian authorizing treatment is required in order for me to see these individuals. The parent/guardian is expected to remain on site during the session.
